5 Things to do in Dubai from April to August.

Visiting Dubai between April and August can be surprisingly hot with the temperatures ranging between 38-48 degrees Celsius (100-118 F).

For those who do not want to be exposed to the unforgiving rays of the sun during these months, you would like to engage in these interesting indoor activities.

1. Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo ($25 - $172)

This is one of the indoor activities that is really worth the money. You get to see different sea creatures, feed fish, have mini boat ride and an educational tour of the aquarium, go to the mini zoo where you actually get see other insects and animals. You even get to see penguins in the Middle East.

It all depends on the type of ticket you buy, however, purchasing the 'VIP Experiences' ticket at $85 (315 dirhams) will give you access to the main highlights at the aquarium and underwater zoo.

There is no need to use a travel and tour company for this, since they will charge commission and won't provide transport anyway.

Just take a taxi to the Dubai Mall and get the ticket at their desk or get it online before you go there. Its best to get it online because there can be long queues. Click here for ticket information.
